We offer a range of cooking classes covering International Cuisines such as French, Spanish, Asian, Mexican, Thai, Indian, Italian, Middle Eastern and workshops such as Chocolate making, bread baking, dessert creation and classes covering skills and techniques such as knife skills, pastry making and cake decorating.
We also offer popular Cooking Courses such as our 4 week Adult Beginner Course and 3 week Intermediate Course and cooking classes for regular every day use such as Easy Weeknight Meals and our Healthy & Delicious classes.
Or join us for a fabulous afternoon in our alfresco BBQ area for an American BBQ of smokey beef brisket and sticky pork ribs, an Aussie BBQ of steak and seafood or a nine course Seafood Spectacular BBQ!
Sydney Cooking School was created by Executive Chef Brett Deverall – the culmination of his dream to share his love and passion of cooking with you in a fun and relaxed learning environment. Opening up in 2010 as a small school teaching a range of cooking classes, Sydney Cooking School has grown and expanded over the past 4 years to include 3 kitchen classrooms and an alfresco BBQ area. Fitted with state of the art appliances and equipment from Fisher & Paykel, Breville and Anolon, our purpose built areas are sure to impress.
